Over and above your rental contract you will have a service contract in place. This operates like a full medical aid for your machine entitling you to free call out and on site service as well the cost of parts and delivery of toner if and when needed. This contract is charged on a cost per printed page basis i.e. 7 cents per page and therefore fluctuates from month to month.
